Abstract

The more diverse the content, the more often potential customers will visit the page, the more often they will repost and comment. All these aspects will positively affect the number of customers. It is necessary to create a base of regular customers. With an integrated approach to it, success is guaranteed. The search for customers is focused on the Internet, so you need to use all available resources as much as possible. The goal of the communication campaign of a logistics company should be “knowledge generation”: increasing the degree of recognition of the company; raising awareness of the range of services provided in the field of logistics and prices; the desire to purchase the services of the enterprise as a target action.
