Abstract

The outflow of rural youth from villages is an urgent problem of our country. In Russia, for many years there has been a reduction in the number of working-age people in rural areas. For the revival of villages and the influx of young people into rural settlements, support from the state is needed, which will allow the younger generation to change their outlook on life in rural areas, see career prospects in villages, prerequisites for the realization of their goals. As such support, public unions and associations are being created throughout Russia, which provide ssistance to the younger generation. One of the largest organizations in Russia representing the interests of rural youth is the Russian Union of Rural Youth.
