Abstract

This article is devoted to the development of the labor market and its impact on the development of regions, the development of the economy in a market economy, associated with a decrease in the efficiency of the economy and a drop in production, caused a significant decline in the standard of living of the population. The lack of financial resources has limited the ability of the state to conduct an active social policy. Therefore, the current socio-political situation dictates the need to increase the effectiveness of social policy, concentrate efforts on solving its most acute problems, and develop new mechanisms for its implementation. The main task of the social policy pursued in the Kyrgyz Republic is to ensure social progress, which implies striving for the fullest employment and the formation of a flexible state system of social support for the population. The State employment policy is aimed at preventing the growth of unemployment, eliminating and mitigating the factors that generate unemployment. It is necessary to act more actively in the field of creating new jobs, developing a system of retraining, employment services. We must not forget that this is not only an economic, but also a socio-political problem closely related to ensuring stability in the republic.
