Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of state regulation of the activities of the subjects of the agrarian sector of the economy. An important factor in increasing the efficiency of production in the meat product subcomplex is the improvement of product quality, which ensures its sale at higher prices and makes it possible to receive additional income. The process of improving the quality of meat products should be considered in organic connection with the activities of meat industry enterprises. The high quality of raw materials and their most complete use in processing ensures the growth of meat production. With the implementation of profound qualitative changes in the material and technical base of animal husbandry, the achievements of science and technology used in it, optimal conditions for feeding and keeping livestock and poultry, the role of selection and genetic factors in increasing the productivity of animals will increase.
