Abstract

Recently, it has become fashionable to simplify judicial procedures or exclude them altogether. Simply put, rules are established, as a result of which judicial intervention is not required to make a decision. In the article, the author, analyzing the financial situations arising in the management of apartment buildings, proves on digital material that no matter how expensive judicial proceedings may seem within the country, the civilized world has not yet come up with another order of fair dispute resolution. In this regard, it is necessary to exclude the extrajudicial procedure for resolving issues in the housing and communal services system, especially in its financial component.
