Abstract

The socio-demographic situation in rural areas in the Republic of Tatarstan has negative trends. Villages need young specialists who are ambitious and purposeful. Today, rural youth are in conditions that do not allow them to have good jobs, decent wages, and meet the needs of young people in housing and cultural aspects. In agriculture, the able-bodied youth aged 30 years is only 8%. As a result, there is indifference to work, alienation from society. The task of the Government is to actively implement youth policy, which creates an environment for self-realization of young people, their development and interaction. Young people should feel taken care of by the State in order to meet their interests and needs.
