Abstract

This article discusses the issues of digital public administration in the context of the global economic crisis. The development of e-government does not exacerbate the broader problems of public administration in its quest to be population-centric. The difficulties associated with the implementation of e-government are largely equivalent to the difficulties associated with the implementation of any services on the Internet, that is, the development of these services is closely related to people’s skills in new technologies.
