Abstract

within the framework of the article, the author considered the main problems faced by Russian logistics companies engaged in international cargo transportation in the context of Western sanctions against Russia, outlined a number of recommendations for the formation of a corporate strategy for a logistics company that can form competitive advantages in modern conditions.
