Abstract

The article examines the current trends in the development of tourism activity, which is recognized in the Russian Federation as one of the most priority branches of activity. Tourism activity in the Russian Federation has a high priority in the development of economic activity of the entire state. Modern trends revealed by the new coronavirus infection and the era of digitalization, as well as sanctions restrictions, set a new vector for the development of legal regulation of tourist activity. Certain aspects of special rulemaking, marked by contradictions or inconsistencies in the issues of the contract on the sale of a tourist product, require improvement.
