Abstract

The article studies the urgent problem of administrative and legal regulation of the field of economic activity, which is going through a period of digital transformation. The approach to public administration at the moment of formation of e-government and the latest information environment is modernized, intertwined with the economic basis. Managers are no longer soulless officials of the apparatus of authorized violence. Changes in social processes and all economic activities predetermine the continuation of administrative reform in the Russian Federation.
