Abstract

Despite the high implementation of information technology and robotization of many production processes in the modern twenty-first century, the role of the human factor still does not lose its relevance, since any successful companies will always need qualified employees interested in the success of the enterprise and striving for career growth. As with any other economic category, in matters related to the human factor there are certain problems in its organization. This phenomenon is primarily due to the fact that managing people is a rather labor-intensive process. And, in our opinion, almost every employer faces this phenomenon.
