Abstract

Relevance: At the present stage, the effective functioning of the agricultural sector and processing of agricultural products is extremely important for the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic due to the fact that they constitute the basic industries and occupy a significant share in the gross domestic product (GDP) of the country. In our opinion, the non-coincidence of the goals of market transformations and accelerated privatization of property, as well as the collapse of industrial enterprises, created tension in the economy in the form of a sharp decline in production. Of course, this circumstance is not the only reason for the economic downturn, since there are a lot of other reasons, among which, we can name a decrease in the efficiency of capital use in the processing industry of Kyrgyzstan.
The purpose of writing this article is to study the theoretical foundations and practical problems of improving the efficiency of industrial processing and to develop recommendations for further ensuring their effective functioning.
Research methods: The article uses methods of system, structural, logical analysis, situational approach and expert-analytical methods typical of economic research.
The results of the work consist in proposals to improve the level of production organization and management that ensure an increase in agricultural yields, as well as the results of the processing industry, all this can be presented as a real reserve for improving the use of existing potential to attract new resources.
Scope of application of the results: The system developed in this article for evaluating the effective functioning of industrial processing can be used in the practical activities of peasant and farm farms and industrial enterprises.
Conclusions: The main vectors for improving the organization of accounting of enterprises of the processing industry of Kyrgyzstan in the conditions of a green economy have been developed and some directions for improving the regulation of the processing industry as an economic mechanism for their effective functioning have been recommended.
