Abstract
The creation and operation of offshore zones creates a number of threats facing national economic security, as well as obstacles to stable socio- economic development. In this regard, the main task of the state, represented by its bodies, is to develop and implement competent policies aimed at strengthening the state’s resilience to potential risks.
