Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, the legal regulation of information technologies is becoming a key aspect of ensuring stability and security in the digital space. The author of the article examines the current state of Russian legislation in relation to digital financial assets, personal data protection, regulation of electronic commerce, intellectual property protection in the digital environment and the use of smart contracts. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to adapt the legal framework to new economic realities.
