Abstract

The article explores the possibilities of using non-fungible tokens (NFT) as an innovative mechanism for protecting copyright objects in the modern world, illuminating some theoretical aspects of the history of NFT technology emergence, as well as its practical application and impact on contemporary approaches to copyright protection. In the digital environment, NFT technology serves as a potential tool, capable of confirming the uniqueness and ensuring transparency of the origin of digital assets and transactions with them, thereby creating a new paradigm in the field of intellectual property protection.
