Abstract

This article reveals the concept, content and goals of migration accounting. This institute is an important institution that influences the regulation of migration processes and allows determining the scale and dynamics of migration flows. This information is used by state bodies and this allows, on the one hand, to ensure the security of the state and citizens, and on the other hand, the rights and freedoms of migrants.
