Abstract
To date, significant experience has been accumulated in world practice in the use of leasing as a “tool” that contributes to the renewal and modernization of the material and technical base of such industries as agriculture, processing industry, textile and clothing industry, construction, etc. At the same time, leasing in Kyrgyzstan has not received large-scale development. However, in conditions of limited access to bank lending, leasing could become an optimal mechanism for re-equipping enterprises, which, in turn, could contribute to the growth of the capacity of enterprises in republics, the growth of competitiveness of their products, the growth of profits of such enterprises and, accordingly, the deduction of taxes to the state budget.
