Abstract
To solve the problem of shortage of qualified professional personnel, it is necessary to actively participate in solving this issue of the state, educational institutions, business representatives and the business community. Today, the urgent task is to find a systemic solution designed to build long-term cooperation that will ensure not only satisfaction of the needs for qualified personnel, but also a constant influx of trained personnel in all areas of industrial relations. A systematic approach can become decisive in building a system of lifelong education, without which in the modern world it is impossible to ensure the sustainable development of an enterprise, the economy and the state as a whole.
