Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects for the development of the real estate market in Russia, which is a complex system in which various organizations and institutions interact. Russia is experiencing a shortage of affordable housing, especially in large cities, and the construction of new buildings is one way to solve this problem. The state can continue and develop programs to support housing construction that already exist. This may include the provision of subsidies, preferential loans and other support measures aimed at stimulating the construction of new residential complexes and reducing housing costs.
