Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical concepts of the development of the management system of the small business economy and the role of the state in ensuring more sustainable development of the economy of the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic of the market economy, regarding the role of the state in ensuring more sustainable economic development, as well as the transformation of the structure of the economy of the region, which is impossible without the inflow of investments and ensuring the availability of financial resources for small businesses in the Kyrgyz Republic. The conducted research indicates that a type of entrepreneurship is small business, which gives the market economy the necessary responsibility, mobilizes significant financial and production resources of the population and carries great antitrust potential, largely solves the problem of employment and other socio-economic problems of our society. Therefore, the formation and development of small business is the most important task of the socio-economic policy of the state and an important object of managing the process of transition from an administrative command system to a market one. The processes of concentration of production, consolidation of enterprises and centralization of management took place in the country, as a result of which our economy turned out to be one of the most centralized and monopolized in the world. State monopolism in the economy has been one of the main reasons for the long-term scientific and technical stagnation, the immunity of many of our industries to scientific and technical innovations, social dependence and apathy of producers, the main obstacle to the development of small business.
