Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the protection of personal data of employees in the organization. As a result of the study, it was concluded that there is currently a tendency to tighten the procedure for processing, storing and using personal data, which was caused by a sharp increase in crime in the field of personal data leakage. It is concluded that such a policy meets the requirements of ensuring public safety. At the same time, there is a difficulty in protecting the personal rights of employees, since the nature of labor relations is contractual
