Abstract

This article examines modern problems of strategic management of a higher educational institution in the medical education system for the training of highly qualified dental specialists. Analysis of a university as an object of management, changes in the structure of its management in the medical education system, economic relations of universities in the conditions of the formation and development of the educational services market in Kyrgyzstan, study of their features reflecting the processes of globalization and informatization of society, analysis of new forms of competitive relations in market conditions. Recently, the healthcare system has undergone radical changes in almost all areas. In these conditions, the public health care system is faced with the task of ensuring access to medical care for the population and improving its quality. The solution to these problems primarily depends on the supply of health care institutions with doctors and the quality of their education and level of professional training. To achieve these goals, the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan needs to have a sufficient number of highly qualified medical specialists, including specialists in the field of dentistry.
