Abstract

Modern conditions in which commercial organizations (companies, corporations) function are characterized by a multitude of newly emerging problems, leading to tougher competition. Traditional forms and ways of doing business and gaining competitive advantages become less productive when the level of uncertainty, the speed of changes and the associated instability of the business environment increases. In this regard, the issues of expanding the internal potential of corporations and, above all, through more effective use of human resources are of particular importance.
