Abstract

Digitalization is a new round of civilization. Digital management professionals need to develop new concepts and create entirely new systems for collecting and analyzing information. Previously, problems were solved in long and difficult ways. Much time was spent disseminating information to relevant organizations and leaders. To keep pace with the development of technology, our society today needs to accelerate digital transformation in many areas of life, in accordance with the challenges of the time. First of all, it affects many aspects of state, provincial and local government.
