Abstract

Innovation is a complex and multifaceted process that requires the participation of all levels of the enterprise. The article discusses the basic principles of forming a team to work on innovative projects, as well as methods to stimulate creative thinking of employees. The author investigated possible obstacles and challenges that enterprises may face when implementing innovations, and suggested ways to overcome them. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of innovation for enterprises and raise awareness of the need to integrate innovation into the business strategy of the enterprise, which can help entrepreneurs and managers better understand the principles of successful innovation projects and the introduction of new ideas in the enterprise.
