Abstract
This article examines the essence of network organizational management structures, identifies the factors that influenced their emergence, and makes a comparative analysis of their properties, on the basis of which advantages and disadvantages are determined. The relevance of the research is provided by the external economic environment that requires organizations to adapt quickly to changes and improve the management process.
