Abstract
The article explores the role of motivation in the functioning of human capital in the context of the information economy. The authors analyze the transformation of the concept of human capital and its importance for innovative development and sustainable economic growth. Particular attention is paid to the motivation mechanisms that influence the formation and accumulation of human capital, emphasizing the need to integrate a variety of motivation strategies to improve productivity and innovation potential.
