Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of risks in legal practice, which are an inevitable aspect of work when consulting clients and representing their interests takes place in an uncertain and volatile legal environment. The classification of risks in legal practice may vary depending on the approach and methodology used in different legal systems. Understanding and proper assessment of risks in legal activities are fundamental to the success and sustainable functioning of law firms, their reputation and the level of trust from clients.
