Abstract

The article is devoted to the fundamentals of human resource management theory and mathematical modeling. It is taken into account that the personnel of a modern organization is characterized as a complex multi-structured formation, which has both qualitative and quantitative characteristics. To ensure the effectiveness of the management process, well-established algorithms, precise procedures, models and other materials are required to be used in the process of planning and forecasting, personnel selection, motivation, development, certification, evaluation of the effectiveness of use, creation of information systems for collecting, storing, processing and analyzing the obtained data.
