Abstract
Human capital and its potential for growth is one of the key assets
of modern business. Maintaining this intellectual resource is linked to the
introduction of new technologies and changes in production processes. The managerial
environment is transforming and focusing on intangible resources, which
contributes to the strengthening of competitive advantages.
This article examines the features of regulation and approaches to human
resource management in the context of digitalization, and analyzes to what extent
domestic enterprises are integrated into the HR development strategy.
