Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of the importance of the legal profession
and the quality of legal services. The legal profession is very important
and necessary, because right now, when the process of developing the rule of
law in Russia is taking place. The hopes and tasks of affirming the principle of
the rule of law, improving Russian legislation, strengthening legal guarantees
for the protection of various segments of the population and increasing legal
awareness and legal culture of Russians are pinned on the legal community. It
is on the employees of the legal industry – judges and lawyers, prosecutors and
bailiffs – that the impeccable implementation of laws depends.
One of the main factors determining the success of a lawyer’s work is the
complete trust between him and his client. Close cooperation based on mutual
understanding and confidence can lead to high results.
