Abstract

This article presents the importance of the industrial sector for the economic system of the Russian Federation, which is due to the large contribution of the industry to the country’s GDP, as well as the importance of the results of the activities of large representatives of the industrial sector. From this, it was concluded that human resource management is important in such organizations, based on the fact that employees are the main tool for achieving the strategic goals of companies. Therefore, the article defines the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of staff through the use of the KPI system, used to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of their work. The KPI system is often used to evaluate the effectiveness of production and innovation components, which in practice is more common among industrial organizations. It was found out that large companies in this sector use KPIs in terms of human resource management only in relation to senior management, and not to evaluate all employees.
