Abstract
The article discusses the issues of organizing corporate training for medical personnel of the Russian Railways-Medicine network, in accordance with WorldSkills standards. The use of a practice-oriented method of training medical personnel in industrial medicine is emphasized as one of the effective methods of training highly qualified specialists in the field of medicine, obtaining the necessary practical skills, and working under the guidance of leading and main freelance specialists of the network. Based on the survey and analysis of the results obtained, the main advantages and disadvantages of this method are noted, as well as methods for promoting this learning method within the network. The article presents the results of a practical study among the medical staff of the Russian Railways-Medicine network in the need for practice-oriented training in various areas. A special place in the article is occupied by the importance of the topic of the practice-oriented method in the system of training medical personnel, as a system of continuing education of medical personnel, the creation and maintenance of the necessary conditions and infrastructure for training, close to practical professional activity.
