Abstract
The article examines the impact of digital transformation on companies. It summarizes the impact of digitalization on the labor market, the reduction of traditional jobs, the formation of new competencies, the need for personnel retraining, and the transition from traditional business models to platform solutions. The author identifies the impact of digital transformation on business and identifies the strategic advantages of digital technologies. The article reveals the effectiveness of digital strategies, automation of business processes, data analytics, integration of digital and traditional sales channels, and the creation of digital ecosystems. Attention is paid to the principles of adaptation of organizations to changing market conditions. The article summarizes the increase in competitiveness and sustainable development through digital transformation of business.
