Abstract

The article considers the trends in attracting foreign investment in the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyses the achievements, problems and prospects of this process. The author highlights the key reforms carried out since 2017 aimed at liberalising the economy, improving the business climate, harmonising legislation with international norms and developing infrastructure.
