Abstract
The article examines the composition of regulatory legal acts used in the framework of regulating the financial stability of credit institutions by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and conducts a comparative analysis of regulatory and legal support. The paper identifies problems of legal support for the financial stability of credit institutions, and presents promising areas for improving the system of legal support for the financial stability of credit institutions in modern conditions. The measures proposed in the article can be used to develop a system for regulating the financial stability of credit institutions in Russia during the digital transformation of the financial system.
