Abstract

Nowadays, foresight mechanisms are becoming an important tool for analyzing and forecasting event activity serving as an indicator and catalyst for the prospective development of the Arctic region, as well as a flexible mechanism for planning upcoming changes in the context of current climatic, economic, social transformations, the growing interest of the international community in the Arctic. The article examines foresight methods as a component of a comprehensive analysis of event activity in the Arctic and proposes a digital ecosystem for managing the event agenda.
