Abstract

The study analyzes the “Made in China 2025” strategy, identifying its key components and evaluating the potential for adapting the Chinese experience to the Russian economy. In the context of the need for diversification and enhancing the competitiveness of Russia’s industrial sector, studying this strategy is particularly relevant. An interdisciplinary approach was applied, combining economic analysis, the study of government policies, and principles of innovation management. A comparative analysis of support tools and mechanisms for stimulating innovation in China and Russia was conducted. The results indicate that adapting Chinese practices, taking into account the Russian institutional environment, can contribute to industrial modernization, enhancing technological sovereignty, and strengthening competitive advantages.
