Abstract

In order to develop and test the concept of individual valuation of corporate land plots, this study proposes the author’s classification of factors of corporate land plots value. The conducted analysis allowed to systematize the factors influencing the value of corporate land plots into three key groups: basic – mandatory parameters, without which the valuation is impossible (location, function, area), subjective additional (characterizing the features of the transaction and its participants) and objective additional – all other qualitative and quantitative physical, technical and economic-legal characteristics, by which it is possible to collect significant statistical data.
