Abstract
The article considers the main challenges, elements and prospects of digitalization of production process management in small and medium businesses. In the context of rapid technological development, digital transformation is becoming an important factor in the competitiveness of enterprises. The implementation of digital solutions allows companies to improve management efficiency, improve process transparency and quickly respond to market changes. The article notes that the digital transformation of SMEs provides businesses with new opportunities for scaling, allows enterprises to quickly adapt to changes in demand, reduce product release times and plan production more accurately. The impact of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and data analytics as a key factor in the capitalization of enterprises in the future is substantiated. The role of digital transformation in the sustainable development and efficiency of SMEs is summarized.
