Abstract
Innovation is a key driver of ensuring long-term competitiveness,
sustainability and development of modern business. The presented study
substantiates the importance of considering issues of increasing the innovation
activity of industrial enterprises. The study of the main characteristics of such
enhancement tools, considered as a set of measures, methods and mechanisms
aimed at stimulating and supporting innovation activity in an enterprise, allowed
us to form a list of indicators of innovation activity of an industrial enterprise on
which such tools can have a directly proportional effect.
The authors used elements of qualitative, quantitative and systematic analysis.
The positive impact of innovation processes on financial results, competitiveness,
market position, operational efficiency and business activity indicators
of an industrial enterprise is substantiated.
