Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the formation of subjective competencies among undergraduate students of pedagogy. The purpose of the study is to identify effective methods and approaches to the formation of these competencies. In the course of the research, the existing theoretical approaches to understanding subjective competencies were analyzed, as well as an experiment was conducted to implement the developed program for the formation of these competencies. The results of the study showed a positive trend in the development of subjective competencies among the students of the experimental group, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed program. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development and testing of a comprehensive program for the formation of subjective competencies that integrates various pedagogical approaches.
