Abstract
In judicial practice, for the correct application of the law, judges or relevant judicial authorities must and will interpret their terms. Conflicts between laws and regulations must be resolved. Therefore, based on the comprehensive and in-depth implementation of the concept of “governing the country in accordance with the law” and based on the value of interpreting law, legal scholars and specialists should pay close attention to this and face practical difficulties in order to continuously improve and jointly build a reliable legal system.
