Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the need for innovation
in the modern education system. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the
importance of introducing innovations to improve the quality of the educational
process and its adaptation to the requirements of modern society. The objectives
of the research include consideration of the main factors that determine the
need for innovation, analysis of their role in the development of the educational
system and identification of promising areas of innovation.
The study revealed a direct relationship between the level of innovation
activity of educational institutions and the quality of graduate training. The scientific
novelty of the work lies in an integrated approach to assessing the impact
of innovations on the educational environment, taking into account both objective
factors and the subjective characteristics of participants in the educational
process. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using
the results obtained to develop strategies for the development of educational
institutions and improve the effectiveness of innovation.
