Abstract

In the conditions of accelerated digitalization and global technological competition, monitoring of the scientific and technological sphere (S&T) acquires the status of a strategic tool for managing innovative development. Modern approaches to monitoring face many challenges related to the high dynamism of scientific progress, interdisciplinary research, incompleteness and fragmentation of data. This article considers the main problems of organizing the monitoring of NTS, analyzes the institutional and technological mechanisms used in the world practice, as well as suggests ways to improve the effectiveness of analytical infrastructure in the conditions of digital transformation of scientific space.
