Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the relationship between human capital and artificial intelligence, and discusses the problems of implementing the latter. The authors consider approaches to the adaptation of educational programs and changes to the requirements of professional skills. Special attention is paid to the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market. This study examines recommendations for minimizing the risks associated with automation.
