Objective. This article examines the impact of innovative technologies on competitiveness in trade.
Materials and methods. The article discusses the tasks of a trade organization in increasing competitiveness by improving the management of innovative technologies and methods of their implementation.
Result. Innovations in retail trade provide the trade organization with high quality sales processes, goods and goods movement, sales service and the trade activities of the organization as a whole.
Conclusion. The importance of using innovative technologies is substantiated.
