Abstract

Objective. The article examines the essence of consulting, its types, reflects the main trends in the development of consulting services in 2017.
Methods and materials. The analysis of the annual ranking of the largest consulting groups and companies, compiled by the RAEX agency (RAEKS-Analytica), makes it possible to judge the demand for various consulting services.
Result. The peculiarities of development of different types of consulting are revealed, the importance of using information technologies and the formation of a new type - IT consulting - are shown.
Conclusion. The research results can be used to improve the consulting services market
