Abstract

Objective. The article deals with the problems of forming indicators of personnel security of an economic entity.
Materials and methods. Based on the analysis of the content and functional approaches to disclosing the content of personnel security, the necessity of constructing an indicator as an indicator reflecting the threat of a certain type of security is substantiated.
Result. The principles (requirements) of the formation of a system of indicators of personnel security are considered.
Conclusion. The article presents generalized lists of threats and indicators of personnel security. A comparative analysis of the compliance of indicators with threats to personnel security is carried out.
