Abstract

Objective. The article analyzes the main directions of the forecast of socio-economic development and state budgetary policy for 2020 and the planning period 2021–2022. in refraction to the section of prices and pricing. An assessment is given of the compliance with the current regulatory legal documents of the procedure for setting prices in the main directions of the forecast of socio-economic development and the budget of the Russian Federation for 2021–2022. The author analyzed the following subsections: regulation of tariffs for services of monopolistic enterprises, regulated prices and tariffs in the field of gas supply, prices and tariffs in the electric power industry, prices and tariffs in the areas of heat supply, water supply and sanitation, tariffs for railway transportation.
Materials and methods. The author analyzes the procedure for the formation of oil prices in the domestic market and proposes a method for solving the problems of pricing for oil products when supplied to the domestic market.
Result. The analysis of the draft budget in terms of changes in value added tax on domestic air transportation of passengers and luggage, on fruits and berries (including grapes), on palm oil. The author proposes a critical assessment of the ongoing tax maneuvers, the cost of pensions.
Conclusion. The directions of the necessary adjustment of the budgetary policy, taking into account the current inflation indexation, are proposed.
